Participants will each receive a training packet to follow along and use as a reference later
Training sessions typically start with process training follow by hands-on computer training

Web Training
If you have a small group that needs CLASS training our Webinar Training may be the best option for you. Webinar training can be scheduled by the hour so you only pay for the time it takes to cover the areas you need. The training is administered over the internet as the trainer presents directly to your computer screen and conferences with you over the telephone. This allows your participants to be at several locations while all attending at the same time.
